3. Cancellation & Refund Process
Starting a cancellation and refund process is straightforward.
Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel to submit your request.
Send a message to our support team with the subject "Refund Request" to initiate the process.
Cancellation Timing
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your service will stop at the end of the current billing period and, if applicable, the refund process will begin.

Approved refunds are forwarded to our payment provider (Stripe) on the same day.

Refunds are issued via the same method used for the original payment.
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded directly to the card.
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the IBAN you provide.
For security reasons, refunds cannot be issued to a different card or person.

I paid annually. Can I get a refund after 3 months?
For annual plans, refunds requested after the first 14 days are calculated based on the months already used at the list price, and the remaining amount is refunded.
Can my refund request be rejected?

Will I be charged when the free trial ends?
If you have not entered your card details and selected a plan at the end of the trial period, no automatic charge will be made.
Is VAT refunded as well?
